What is radiofrequency?
Radiofrequency is slimming by heat control.

How does it work?

Radio waves activates the water molecules and ions in the body ( sodium-potassium-calcium-magnesium. Depending on their activation energy comes out and the area is heated.

What is the purpose?
The purpose is to increase the heat of the heated (treatment area) up to 40-41 degrees celsius. (normal body heat is 36-37 degrees celsius). When the skin heat comes up to this point, the heat under the skin becomes equal to 50-55 degrees. This heat does not make any distraction or damage to the body.

What are its effects?
Local treatment with radiofrequency has three effects.
? 1st Effect; Principal Mechanism: Radio frequency heats up the water containing tissues under control without letting them to go deeper tissues. Because the radiofrequency activated the water molecules. By the courtesy of this technology the fat cells containing high level of water are reached. That means the fat tissue can be melted.

? The wall of the fat cells are distracted at the heated area during the treatment, the fat begins to dissolve. The dissolved fat is absorbed by blood and the lymph due to the increased circulation and are disposed off the body.

? 2nd Effect ; The aged and the worn out collagen tissue is distracted and dies. The body begins the new collagen production in their place.

How is the heat controlled?
It is measured by the infrared thermometer which is specifically manufactured. The heat is constantly measured during the treatment.

On which areas is the treatment applied and with which headings?

There are two heading in the device. Face applications are performed by bipolar and unipolar heading, and body applications are performed by unipolar headings.

What is Bipolar and Unipolar heading?

BIPOLAR HEADING; The depth is less with Bipolar devices (6 mm). Therefore applications are performed on face and on this and sensitive areas.

UNIPOLAR HEADING; the depth is 22 mm in the treatment by Unipolar devices. This supplies the heat to reach the hypodermis layer (fat layer). It is used by applying deep tissue treatment. Its difference is that, as there is no back turn electrode the wave expands in rays and heats the whole area homogenously.

Duration of the treatment?
15-30 minutes for smallest area (example: face), for legs and hips 45-60 minutes, for belly and hip line 20-25 minutes.

Is there any pain in the application?
During the application of this system in addition to the heating of the skin under control, the cooling system on the application supplies the application to be completed without any pain.

Is it a drawback in the application if the skin color is dark?
The Accent containing the radio frequency technology, is a color blind system. It does tor present any drawbacks for any kind of skin. Therefore, it is possible to continue the treatment even after tanning in summertime.

Treatment intervals?
The shortest treatment interval is 2 weeks, the longest treatment interval is 4 weeks. This is decided depending on the individual. The total number of the sessions is 6 in average.

To whom it can not be applied?
Those who have untreated or those diseases which are not possible to treat (Parkinson, ms, epilepsy, skin cancer etc.)., pregnant women, those who carry heart battery and those who carry big metal prothesis in their bodies.

What results should we expect from this treatment?
Naturally, the results after the application differ from one to another individual as it is in other treatments. During the period immediately after the treatment a light blushing and tightening is observed on the skin. This effect fades away very fast and daily activities can be carried on unconstrained.

What is its effect on daily life?
Only heat is felt during the application. It does not effect the daily life.
