He was born in Istanbul in 1970. He is married and has two children. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Yalova. He graduated from Marmara University Medicine Faculty in 1994. He was awarded his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Specialist degree at Mediterranean University medicine Faculty in 2002. Dr. İlhan Serdaroğu started to work as a free doctor in Antalya in 2002, later he actively continued his studies at Onep Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic with Prof. Dr. Onur Erol..

He attended many seminars and conferences of National Plastic and reconstructive Surgery Associations both in the our country and abroad. He is affiliated to Turkish Aesthetic Plastic and reconstructive Surgery Association. He is a partner of MarMed- Marmara hair Implant and Aesthetic Surgery Ltd. Co. since 2004.
